Home prices are still falling whatever price range you may be talking about and this goes to say with real estates as the government goes into high gear to help homeowners and mortgage investors from getting into more problems. The gains posted with regards to the movement of home sales last month has proven to be a temporary fluctuation that fizzled out as fast as it came.
