Failed Luxury Developments Turned Mass Housing
Posted in Information by: Marie
Many states have turned failed luxury developments into more affordable housing for the needy as they try to find new uses for other wise unfinished and abandoned development projects across the US and around the world. As people lose their jobs, they are also more likely to lose their homes, victim of the recession that has by far been seen as the most damaging yet that is to hit the world and the US. Such economic turmoil has happened before but none by far as long and as far reaching as this that most Americans feel they are not capable of getting through this without some sort of loss.
Previous economic recessions have hit but not as hard as the current one, mostly due to the offering of un-secured housing loans without the proper regulation and oversight needed that would have prevented such far bearing impact. People lost homes as fast as they were sold back then, people still default on their mortgages even with their economic stimulus checks, still uncertain as to their future still hoping the recession ends quickly enough for them to survive.
